Story
Hey All!
I'm participating in another challenge of a lifetime this time ON FOOT and have committed to take part in Amnesty International's Hike the Homelands challenge in 2015
Why you ask?
Gratitude.
Because I can do it! I have legs that will work. And I will be fit for this journey by the time this happens
Plus, I am free. I do not experience injust and therefore I can raise awareness of injustice that others experience every day to bring about their freedom.
And, so help me God, I will!
People always tell you that charity should begin at home - well ok, lets do it together then!
starting with the rights of Australia's first peoples, to live and remain in their homelands.
Who doesn't want to live in their home?
In doing so, I'm going to be raising much needed funds for Amnesty International Australia to assist them in their stance against those facing injustice and abuse. Please help me raise vital funds to promote respect for Indigenous peoples here and everywhere and boldly, ambitiously defend human rights in every corner of the world.
