Story
As you know I am a member of Amnesty International (have been already for over 37 years!) and I have decided to participate in the challenge of a lifetime: I have committed to take part in Amnesty International's Hike the Homelands challenge in 2015. I will be trekking for 5 days in Central Australia in July.
In doing so, I'm going to be raising much needed funds for Amnesty International Australia to assist in our stance against those facing injustice and human right violations all over the world, as well as raise public awareness for support for indigenous Australians and their Homelands. Please help me raise vital funds to hold governments sand dictators accountable, free prisoners of conscience, promote respect for Indigenous peoples and boldly, ambitiously defend human rights in every corner of the world, especially our very own.
